Mininums

• The Banquet Room can hold up to 80 guests. If you need more space to accommodate more guests please speak to us for additional information.
• A minimum of 60 guests will be required to reserve the banquet on Friday or Saturday Nights.
• A minimum of 40 guests will be required to reserve the banquet room Sunday through Thursday.
• A minimum of 30 guests will be required to reserve the banquet room any day of the week between 11:00 & 4:00 P.M.
• This room will be closed off from the rest of the restaurant for your convinience.

Reservations

• The Banquet Room is booked on a "first come - first serve" basis.  
• The Banquet Room is considered CONFIRMED when the initial deposit is received by Fiesta Charra.
• If two or more guests wish to book the Banquet Room on the same day, the first to give deposit to Fiesta Charra will be the one who will be permitted to use the Banquet Room.
• At the time the deposit is made a contract on the Banquet Room will be initialited.

Deposit

• During the months of January through November, a non-refundable deposit of $150.00 will be required to reserve the Banquet Room.
• During the month of December, a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 will be required to reserve the Banquet Room.
• At the time the bill is presented for payment the initial deposit will be deducted from the amount due.
  

**All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, parties will be permitted to reschedule their party to a later date, provided that the party room is availiable.**

Billing

• The number of guests confirmed for the party will be that number of guests that is charged for. If the actual number of guests exceeds what was confirmed for, in advance, the final amount of the bill will reflect the confirmed guest count plus any additional guest. Fiesta Charra will confirm the guest count one week prior to your party.
• The bill must be paid in FULL at the end of the party on the same day by cash or credit card. NO PERSONAL CHECKS are accepted as payment of the final amount due. Company or Personal Checks will be accepted for the initial deposit.

**The bill will have a tax of 8.25%, along with a 15% for gratuity. The cost of beverages will also be included in the final bill.**
*There is a $0.75 per person linen charge for use of the Banquet Room.*

Food and Drinks

• The food for the Banquet Room is served "buffet style". Additional charges may resul in substitutions or changes.

DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE DINNER OPTIONS

Drink Options

• You will be offered the option of purchasing soft drinks and/or tea (as listed on the regular menu) on an individual basis, as well as, having the option to purchase a Tea Urn for $12.00 each. Alcohol will be charged at NON HAPPY HOUR prices and you have the option of doing an open bar, cash bar or drink tickets.

Dinner Options

• All parties include, at no additional cost, guacamole, chili con queso, chips, salsa, rice and refried beans.
